Delivery information Terms and conditions Privacy policy Delivery information We aim to get your goods to you within 2 or 3 days, and quite often you will receive your order the next day. Orders received before 12 noon are usually sent out the same day. (If for any reason there is likely to be a delay of more than 3 days we will get in touch with you.) We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and City Link depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Machines and large items are usually sent through City Link, who do next day delivery (between 9 a.m. and 5.30 p.m.) and require a signature on delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Saturday morning deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge, please ring us to arrange this on 01704 896264. If you wish to make alternative delivery arrangements (other than being delivered to the card holders address), please ring us on 01704 896246. There is free delivery for all machines to addresses in mainland England, Wales and Scotland. The following postcodes for the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scilly Isles are excluded and will incur a delivery charge of £10. HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH17-44, ZE, BT, IM and TR. Orders under £100.00 to any address will have a standard charge of £5.00 + VAT (total £5.87.) (Small and light spares may be less). Please write 'unchecked' when you sign for the goods (unless you want to open the parcel and check the contents before signing), as the carriers will not accept responsibility for any damage in transit if goods were signed 'received in good condition'. Payment must be received before goods are despatched. Cancellation Rights. You
have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of
delivery. However, you must ensure that the goods remain unused and are retained
in their original packaging. You must return them within 15 days of the date of
their delivery at your own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for
such goods provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the
condition they were in when delivered to you. Returns policy.
Non-faulty goods that are accepted for return are subject to a 15"
restocking/handling charge, and the reimbursement of the free delivery charge if
applicable. Please contact us first to get authorisation for
returns. Goods returned at your own cost and risk. All machinery carries the appropriate Manufacturers' warranties. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. The information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) will be used only for the purposes of fulfilling orders and answering your queries.
